Omega-3 is also another one that improves sperm quality and you will find that if you have adequate fish consumption or because unfortunately we have a lot of heavy metals now in fish and sometimes the fish as well because they’re not wild anymore and the more in farms, sometimes they’re not as rich as they used to be in fish oils so, maybe taking a supplement could support improving the fertility.
