We are animals like all the others – yes, we like to think ourselves like something very special, we cannot ignore the genes, you cannot ignore the origin: we need sleep like all the animals need, we need peace like all the animals need, we need food like all the animals need, we need sleep like all the animals need. If we don’t have those basic things, we cannot function and that’s basically the problem of our era. I know that the immunological problems have multiplied many times the last 20 – 30 years – why does this happen? because we have changed our life, we have introduced so many additives to our food, so much pollution on the air that we breathe, a lot of substances in our clothes, in our washing…70 years ago, in a bathroom, it was a soap and the sponge, now there are about 20 bottles – all those things are chemical, chemical things they come in contact with our body. It’s impossible to think that they don’t irritate our body – yes, they irritate it a bit but a bit at a time it’s enough to keep your immune system much higher than normal it used to be.
