Cleansing the body is the most important movement towards well-being in general. I believe that our body…we do a lot of blood testing, suddenly we realize that “oh my calcium is low, my ferritin is low” or whatever. Is not that we have forgotten to take calcium or something. When the body is not balanced, then the body is not functioning well. If it’s not functioning well, the immune system is not also functioning well. This malfunction results in some imbalances but by improving the imbalances, will not result in improving the malfunction. The malfunction must be from us, we must see what makes our body, what makes bad to our body: food, stress, environment, relations – everything and by improving those imbalances, I can reassure you that every imbalance that we monitor with the blood test, will get better and always don’t forget that I’ve been thinking: first the woman comes to me and says “I don’t feel well, I feel like this, I feel the other way” and then you do the blood tests and you find those imbalances but nobody can feel the low calcium – yes, they feel all the other imbalances that result in low calcium, all the other imbalances related with the immune system, with the bowel, with everything that works not well.
