Answer from: Ro Huntriss, Fertility Dietician
Some foods do contain coenzyme Q10, for example: meat, poultry, soy beans, tofu, some of our fruits and vegetables as well, so we do find coenzyme Q10 in a variety of different foods. However if we are wanting to gain the effects of coenzyme Q10 as is seen in clinical trials and the health benefits that we know are associated with it in terms of fertility, it might be that you consider supplementation as well.
What diet, nutrition may be CoQ10 rich and may it replace other forms of CoQ10?
What foods contain the most CoQ10? What is the best form of coenzyme Q10?Where is CoQ10 naturally found?
