Depends on how long the patient has no eggs at all. If, for example, she has her menopause one year ago or six months ago normally, the patient has still maybe thousands of antral follicles inside of the ovary and in this case, probably it may be helpful but in case patient is menopausal for 10 years, for example, I am afraid that it will not be helpful.

The PRP ovarian treatment is not indicated in menopause women and is not indicated in women having no cycles at all. Because it tries to help people having ovary insufficiency but with still cycles and we will never recommend it in patients of more than 42 years or patients having zero antral follicle count.
