Ovarian PRP before doing an IVF cycle makes sense in women with a very low ovarian reserve because we want to improve the answer of the ovaries to a hormone treatment so that we can achieve more follicles and more eggs in an IVF cycle. That means that women with a very good ovarian reserve are not suitable, or let’s say, they don’t have the benefit of PRP before doing an IVF cycle.
