The indication of PRP rejuvenation of the ovary is mainly patients having a low ovarian reserve, which means low count in antral follicle count, low anti-mullerian hormone and women having irregular cycles. So, these are the main recommendations. Also, we could consider PRP in the low ovarian response which means patients having a good ovarian reserve but responding much lower with the treatment of IVF.
