Are there any natural treatment options that help with unexplained infertility?

Is there a natural way to cure or fix unexplained infertility? Can it go away by itself? Are there any herbs or dietary indication that will help with unexplained infertility?

If we are talking about unexplained subfertility or infertility, we’re talking about a label and what we are really saying is that we should be trying to optimise the chances of conception over a reasonable time. Then there will be people left at that point who haven’t conceived where treatment becomes relevant. The benefit or what can you do naturally to conceive or to maximise your chances, really is to be careful about how you live so making yourself as fit and healthy and well as possible, not to spoil life by only going down one route, there are no magical answers to this, but making sure you have a decent diet, exercising well, if you smoke then stop and if you drink then also stop drinking or reduce your intake. Be healthy and sensible about things, have reasonably regular intercourse, not necessarily targeting intercourse for specific times because that becomes boring after a while and is not as fun as having regular intercourse when you can, although this can become tricky for people as well sometimes. But having reasonably regular intercourse to give yourselves a decent opportunity to conceive and then being a little patient about how things go because it does take time to conceive, it can take a long time to conceive and if you want to complete your family that can take a whole reproductive life time to conceive or to get there, so its not a quick fix, there are no quick fixes in fertility and maximising your chances on your own is by far the best way of dealing with unexplained subfertility. If you are still in a position after that where you have done all of those things, then you can feel you are moving into treatment if you need to do that, having done the best you can to keep yourselves out of that if possible.
