Does hormones used for stimulation affects the endometrium and implantation window?

What is the implantation window, and why is it so important in fertility treatment? What role does the endometrium play in the whole process? How long does the reception-ready phase of the endometrium last?

Exactly, while doing IVF protocols, while simulating the ovaries, there’s a chance that the window of implantation can change but basically because we are getting focused in the ovaries and in the develop of the follicles and we are giving medicine for that, we’re we’re doing the the gonadotropin (we’re giving the gonadotropin) so in that case, in the particular case, we, of course if we want to do a fresh embryo transfer, we have to measure the progesterone on the day of the trigger. If the progesterone level on the day of the trigger is too high, we cancel the transfer and we do it on a different cycle.

Mostly the ovarian stimulation advances the endometrial development and that is why we observe that the frozen embryo transfers are more successful than fresh embryo transfers.
