It’s not something that you calculate at home. It’s this procedure that your doctor, your IVF specialist will do while preparing you for an embryo transfer, so you basically have to go through a protocol which is selected for each patient and by doing exactly what says in the protocol you get the endometrium ready and the window of implantation ready for the embryo transfer.

The best way to calculate the implantation window is with the ERA test but usually if there are no failed IVF programs or so on. So we just think that the window of implantation occurs between 19th and 21st day of menstrual cycle, if menstrual cycle lasts for 28 days but why so, we have to minus from the duration of the all period like seven, eight days that would be the probable time of weight of implantation.
