Actually there’s very little that you can do to kick-start ovulation yourself. Ovulation occurs due to changes in hormones and is very dependent on those hormones. Well if you want to do it naturally, wait for your LH peak. If you want to do it artificially, doctors can give you an LH shot and just release eggs from your ovary artificially but that’s a different method there.
