How do you fix ovulation problems?
First of all, we need to keep in mind that ovulation is hormone dependent. The other reason that my affect the ovulation are the BMI and lifestyle choices overall.

Ovulation can be improved. The first important step is sticking to a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet and having a normal body mass index which is the relation of height to our body weight and needs to be between 19 and 25. If these measures would not help, we can use medication ( either tablets or injectables) to induce ovulation.
