Implantation failure occurs when embryos with good characteristics are transferred, but the patient does not achieve pregnancy. PGT-A becomes crucial in these cases because without understanding the embryo’s genetics, we cannot fully confirm its quality. Therefore, we recommend that before conducting tests to assess endometrial quality, general blood tests for coagulation, or immunological issues, we must ensure 100% certainty that the embryos are genetically normal. It’s essential to carry out genetic testing on all embryos experiencing implantation failure before investigating other factors that may contribute to unsuccessful implantation.
