What are general differences in process and outcomes?
Answer from:

That’ the easy one because actually the natural cycle doesn’t use any medication at all. We just leave it to the natural hormones of the women to get in charge of growing the follicle and we go after that follicle to an oocyte pick up, then IVF. In Mild IVF cycle, we use medications but at a lower dose, so we do not expect to have as many follicles growing as in regular IVF cycle. We usually expect less oocytes to pick up.
