I think what we need to that’s what we need to say is that there are various causes of miscarriage and there are various causes of recurrent miscarriage. The causes of miscarriage include genetic problems, include immune problems, include infections, include hormone imbalances, include the tendency to form blood clots conditioned known as thrombophilia. Other causes of miscarriage are maternal age, uterine abnormalities, abnormal sperm and later on in the pregnancy could also be associated with an incompetent cervix. So depending on what stage the miscarriage occurs, there might be some risk factors and obviously some solution. Later on the pregnancy ends so the miscarriage occurs there could be other risk factors and other solutions, for instance, cervical incompetence is a cause of second trimester miscarriage.
Immune causes are certainly associated with early pregnancy loss so with an early miscarriage and that could be based on the presence of some auto antibodies that will be fighting with the pregnancy as the pregnancy is considered to be a foreign body.
