Well, actually the scratch of the endometrium try to help us to get a thicker endometrial lining. So basically if it helps the implantation is because we’re getting a better endometrium but not because it’s actually doing something on the implantation. It’s basically trying to scratch it to help to develop an easier way and get it a thicker line for the embryo transfer.

So, yes, it can help in proper subgroups of patients; in patients whose endometrial immunity activity is lower, where the lack or not proper functions of NK cells, when we have a low level of recruitment there are from the peripheral blood or from bone marrow. So these groups of patients can benefit from this procedure.
