Lot’s of factors. We know that, naturally speaking, we are maybe talking about 12 percent or 15 percent, depending on how many times you go through the IUI cycle. We are not expecting a huge number but the fact that we know that it is more successful in unexplained fertility, combined with ovulation induction techniques, we know for a fact also that using donor sperm gives us more success. Why did it fail? There are a lot of reasons for this. The main reason would just be odds because we cannot expect a pregnancy out of every single procedure that we do, however if it is repetitive, then we may dig deeper into the reasons as to why it is not happening. So my advice is not to give high hopes for the first IUI cycle, however the maximum chances you would have is in the first 3 or 4 cycles, so the maximum achievement of success, I would say up to 80 percent of your chances to get pregnant would happen in the first 3 to 4 cycles, taking into consideration that the ultimate result that we need as a success rate, or the quotation that we get from clinics, I wouldn’t hear more than 20, 25 or 30 percent after sperm donation of 6 to 12 cycles of IUI.
