Sperm counts have declined over the past 40-50 years and infertility is more common now, especially in men. There is a lot that can be done, touching on this subject, that I am passionate about such as educating young men. I wish i knew this when I was younger, but hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and a good diet as well as lifestyle choices and cutting out alcohol can really help your fertility. There are many men who like to train as well, physical training such as weights. I used to drink protein drinks which I know can affect it slightly. But the biggest thing is education, educate yourself and look into your treatment as well as what is out there as there is a lot which can be helpful in the world at this moment.
