This as well, as you know, any motility above 60 percent and progressive motility above 40 percent is considered as normal. In the post wash sperm we can get motility up to 70 percent and sometimes 80 or 90 percent. We begin with very good motility anyway and the parameter that helps us to decide is the number of motile sperm. So we mainly look at the number, then the motility and then the normal forms. In fact the motility is one of the best parameters that improves after post wash.
