How should I sleep after IUI?
Not really, what we recommend is 15 minute rest after the procedure, just like the embryo transfer, 15-20 minutes, so that you can freely be mobile and move around. Do not stress yourself into having bed rest. Bed rest is not advisable and it does not present any advantage towards the success of the IUI.
