It could be certainly that it could take longer after miscarriage. Depending on at what stage of the pregnancy the miscarriage has occurred.

Again, can be very variable and indeed a miscarriage can go on for days or indeed one can bleed for weeks. It can vary as to whether you have a natural miscarriage, medical treatment or that you have surgical treatment for your miscarriage. Very often your period will arrive within the next four weeks after your miscarriage has completed but it can be variable between different women.
