Medical definition of ovulatory dysfunction is that you’re not able to ovulate or you’re not ovulating regularly enough. Really good example of this is a woman who has PCOS Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and this is because of hormonal imbalance and also of an increased amount of cysts on the ovaries, that a woman might not be ovulating either as regularly or at all. That’s generally the definition of ovulation dysfunctions that you’re not ovulating or you’re ovulating irregularly.

Ovulatory infertility can be defined as the inability of the systematic release of an egg every month and that would reflect on the irregularity of the cycles that these patients have.

Well, I wouldn’t dare not give medical definitions myself but probably this refers to an ovulatory cycle so maybe a cycle where there was no ovum produced but it could also be referred, for example, to genetic defects that affect the ovum overall. It’s not a viable ovum. I would think that would be what they refer to as ovulatory infertility.
For the definition of ovulatory dysfunction I think it is better to consult a medical dictionary.
