I think that the immunological tests can be done at any time but you have to know what to expect. The immunological test, for example, if you do it three, four days after the miscarriage then, you will see an aggressive immune system. If you will do it two weeks after the miscarriage then, probably you will see the other actually a very calm immune system. So, the immune tests, for me, there isn’t any standard time to. I prefer to do them at the point that the woman is telling me that “I feel good, I don’t have any cold”. A lot of symptoms that are related to the immune system are not rare and I am talking about skin problems, from neo-skeletal problems, pains at the back, pains of the neck, headaches, bowel problems, the irritable bowel syndrome is very common to those women. Most of the women who have an irritable immune system also have problems with their bowel and the bowel follows the movements of the pendulum. Why am I saying that? Because as I’m thinking about the immune system, I realized that for the major changes that happen during a human cycle is responsible the immune system so, for example, from the way that I count few things, I measure few things, I realized that the immune system is higher during the ovulation period and higher just before the period will come so, I assume that the immune system is the one that initiates or completes the ovulation and at the same time, is the one that brings the bleeding when there is a failed for pregnancy cycle. Why am I saying that? Because probably many women can confirm, women who have in general an irritable immune system, will complain about diarrhea either with a cycle or either just before the period comes. If not diarrheas, at least loose stools, this actually means the reason for this thing is the immune system.

About this question:

What immunological test should be done before the IVF treatment?

Immunological tests are usually recommended when even with good quality embryos, there is no implantation or repeated miscarriage. Immunological diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc. Presence of these antibodies is connected with inflammation in the uterus which prevents embryo from implanting.
