While mentioning that the symptoms of a missed miscarriage sometimes are the standard symptoms of miscarriage, so the vaginal bleeding, the abdominal cramps and pain, some discharge of fluid but sometimes the symptoms could also be associated with lack of pregnancy symptoms or could be completely asymptomatic. Women may have a missed miscarriage that occurred at seven, eight weeks but it’s not discovered until they’re 10, 11, 12 weeks.
