There is some weak evidence to suggest some types of food like dairy products, chocolate, caffeine can affect or can increase the endometriosis but also the symptoms associated with endometriosis. There is also some weak evidence that suggest the stress can affect endometriosis, some underlying immune conditions may affect the symptoms associated with endometriosis which means, if we were to counteract the impact of stress or trying to boost the immune system with some vitamins and then perhaps the symptoms associated with endometriosis or the endometriosis per se can get better but I think it’s more to do with delaying the advancing of the disease rather than treating the disease.

Deficiency of vitamin or essential nutrients is not related to the causation or progression of the disease but obviously if there is deficiency, it can improve the general health if we can supplement it and that might help in the body’s defense mechanisms to fight with the disease. So, maybe there is an indirect benefit but obviously there is no direct correlation.
