It’s classically been under-reported across the world. In terms of the HFEA reported requirements in terms of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. We know that it’s under reporting because we looked at the hospital admission data across the UK versus what was reported to the HFEA and there was a tenfold difference between those two figures. More recently with the focus on COVID and reducing the pressure on the NHS, all units across the UK have really done everything they possibly can to reduce the risk of hospital admission and with that risk of OHSS. Now we’re probably seeing estimates of about one percent across the world and certainly across the UK of OHSS it’s gone substantially down in terms of moderate and severe with OHSS being less than 1%. Now mild forms may still be 3 to 4%
