How soon do pregnancy symptoms start after IUI?

This varies, because as you know we have a gap or a lag time for the fertilisation to happen. We have 5 days for a blastocyst to form and then try to implant itself. So I would say at least a week and then maybe you will notice. Obviously, I know that women during this stage are on high alert and any kind of symptom they could interpret as a symptom of pregnancy, which is good but it does not mean that you have to rush and do a pregnancy test. I believe we should wait, especially if your doctor has given you an ECG and the injection for the trigger causes a positive pregnancy test between a week and 10 days from the injection. So don’t be fooled when doing a urine pregnancy test very early because it could be a false positive due to the injection. My advice to you is that yes, if you feel that you are pregnant it’s all well and good, but I would wait for at least 2 weeks to pass by and then do the pregnancy test at the right time.
