In general can be very quick so within the first few days after the egg retrieval they may have symptoms of that and be coming to be checked. What that can influence why not we proceed to a day 5 transfer of a blastocyst is by knowing just exactly how they’re proceeding and again that’s early OHSS. Very quickly they might get symptoms of that. In terms of later OHSS, if they hadn’t been symptomatic before and they have an embryo transfer, again they can get very quickly within the next week they can start to have OHSS symptoms.
