Three months is usually at the advice but as for men it can take just a month before to see improvements.

I don’t believe there is a definitive answer for this, however, what we do know is that it takes approximately 90 days for an egg to mature to the point of ovulation. Generally, the three months before conception is a real window of opportunity for us to make positive changes so that we are able to influence the quality of our eggs and the outcome we see as the fertility journey continues.
