Sometimes there is one thing. Sometimes there is an adenomyosis and this sometimes cannot be differentiated in scan from the fibroids. In those cases MRI can be done whether to see the capsule of the fibroid is there or if the capsule is absent so, it points more towards the adrenal meiosis and then associated with the presence of endometriosis so, in those cases I would do an MRI if ultrasound images are not very confirmatory.
