In order to see a real change in the environment of the ovaries and the production of the eggs and the quality of eggs that are producing the ovary, we need to really spend a good time at least three to six months before aiming to get pregnant. To make lifestyle changes, we can start taking folic acid, vitamins and a healthy balanced lifestyle.
One month may be short but it’s better than not doing it so if you only have one month left to try and go for IVF or start trying for a pregnancy please make the change from today.

We are constantly creating cohorts of eggs towards an ovulation. Takes about three months from an egg starting to develop until it’s ready to ovulate and that cohort of eggs are growing for those whole three months. Most of them die out and we end up with just one. Every month, we’re preparing for an ovulation in three months time. If you make lifestyle changes now, you will have a small impact on the egg you produce next month, a greater impact on the egg you produce in two months time and the most impact on the egg you produce in three months time. Yes you can make changes in one month. You’ll make even more impact if you do it for two months and even the best impact if you do it for three months or more.
