We are proud to have been holding our delivery success rate at 100% for about 9 years now. Although, patients are free to ask for shipping insurance, from our partner third-party vendors. Our patients could get insurance for up to $50,000 and get reimbursed for any unpredictable occurrences that may happen in transit and that are out of the courier’s control, like natural calamities or violent attacks. In case of a successful claim, the amount of returned costs depend on the declared value of the goods.
