It is a tough question because there is no timing on when you start feeling something. Maybe you don’t in the whole process you will not feel anything and you can still be pregnant. This is very specific and individual for every woman. Around day 10, basically between day 7 and day 10, we need to do the analytics, the pregnancy test and then they can start feeling some symptoms.

As we know, we have no medically approved signs of pregnancy before a pregnancy test, but we don’t recommend monitoring blood HCG tests before 10 days after an embryo transfer, because we can have false-positive and false-negative results. So, we have to wait for 10 days after an embryo transfer when we can check. Sometimes, if we’re talking about fresh embryo transfer after ovarian stimulation, a patient can feel an increase in discomfort after an ovarian stimulation like signs of the ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome and this is a relative sign of a positive result, but still, we cannot be sure before the 10 days.
