Meet Sarah Banks
Sarah Banks is a fertility coach and mentor, and the author of the IVF positivity planner. Following her own infertility and IVF journey, she now supports people who are going through treatment. Sarah works with clinics and fertility professionals to help them increase the support they offer to patients. She also runs support groups online and face to face to offer the support she wished she’d had while going through treatment. In 2019, she launched her IVF positivity partner, a coaching journal to help people through IVF feel happier and stronger while going through treatment. It is based on some of the things that she learned, personally, that were difficult on her own journey and those going through it in her support groups. The main aim of what Sarah does is to support people who are struggling with infertility and going through IVF. She helps people to take control and feel happy whilst they’re struggling to go through treatment.
